Hello!

We are Roger and Lisa Grogan – a father-daughter team that lives and operates out of Perth, Western Australia.

We are every day people like you that have experienced the ups and downs of real estate in Australia and our desire is to help you move forward with your life fast and easily!

Roger has bought and sold a number of houses throughout the years and learnt many lessons along the way as you do! He has worked hard to pay off a mortgage (he’s still working at that one) and felt the pressure as interest rates have increased.

Lisa has recently come on board to help with the management and research side of things.

We have also owned investment properties and even had one where the tenant didn’t pay rent for 6 months (it was already negatively geared so this one really hurt!).

Because we have been in your shoes – we know what it feels like to feel powerless… like you don’t have any choices. Ultimately our aim is to let you know that there is another way to buy and sell houses – you aren’t restricted to the bank’s answer. We can show you that you do have options available and that we can help you realise what you want to achieve.
